Welcome Brothers and Friends!

Phi Theta Phi Charitable Foundation

Established in 2007, this fund will provide charitable funds for the expenses associated with the annual Phi Theta Phi Walk-a-thon to raise money for the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation Free-Care Fund.

The trustees of the Foundation include John Hauser '71, Tom Novak '82, Al Gesler '90, and Todd Pilipovich '00. As you probably know, Todd has been instrumental in continuing the Walk-a-thon since the chapter folded, Al is a former advisor and also a walk chair, Tom has been a key individual with the Steeler Collections, and John is on the board of the Northern Mercer County Community Foundation.

What happens if the Walk is not held in a particular year? The proceeds that year will then go directly to the Children's Hospital Free Care Fund in the name of the Phi Theta Phi Alumni so there will always be a contribution made (either via the walk or via the foundation) and we will continue to add to the more than $1.1 million that has been raised for Children's Hospital by Phi Theta Phi since 1968.

We will get reports twice a year and they will be posted on our website

Anyone wishing to make a tax-deductible donation to the foundation may do so by making a check payable to Phi Theta Phi Charitable Foundation and mailing it to: Phi Theta Phi Charitable Foundation, PO Box 365, Greenville PA 16125. You will receive a receipt for your taxes from the Community Foundation.

If you wish to check out the Community Foundation website, it is www.sv-foundation.org. The drop-down table under "About the Foundation" has a "list of funds"; the Phi Theta Phi Charitable Foundation is part of the Northern Mercer County Community Foundation.
